My grandmother never had to use the service, thankfully. She no longer needs it since she is on Hospice and taken care of 24/7. But I have to give 5 stars to Scott Hazelwood!!! He is caring, very explanatory on how things work, answers the phone every time I have contacted him with questions. His customer service skills are A+!!
They were ALWAYS there to answer the phone, no matter what time of day or night. Extremely helpful.
I had the First Response system for my mother for over 5 years and the customer service from Scott Hazlewood has been excellent and the experience with the entire First Response team has been exceptional. My mom recently moved into an assisted living community and they have their own system - so we had to end our service with First Response - but I highly recommend their service!
Service for grandma has been excellent for the 5 years we have had the service. Used it several times over the years. It's a great comfort to know grandma can get help 24/7. Her mobility has deteriorated so she now requires personal care 24/7 care. I can't tell you how great First Response has been for us.
Our mother had First Response system for several years, in her home and then easily transferred it when she moved in with us. Thankfully she never had an emergency, but on the couple occasions the button was pushed accidentally, someone responded immediately to ask if she needed help.
Very happy with First Response, my mother fell a number of times while we had First Response and the emergency responders were there within minutes. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

The service First Response provided to our moms was excellent. You cannot place a value on the peace of mind knowing medical assistance is a button-push away. Scott and his team are customer service driven which make it a pleasure to deal with -- Scott has personally returned my call on a Sunday afternoon!. Without a doubt, I would recommend First Response to anyone needing 24-hour assistance.

Had the system in place for my father for approx. five years. The system is extremely beneficial for a person living alone or for people who feel more comfortable knowing that help is available at the push of a button. Customer service is top rate (Scott and Gregg have been extremely helpful through the years). I would absolutely recommend the First Response system.
Great system for my 88 year old father
We had this service for over a year. Fortunately we didn't have a emergency. However during that time we had the comfort knowing that had we needed someone First was ready. The customer service we received from Scott was amazing. If I have this need in the future, you can bet I'll call on First Responce.

First Response is an excellent service, my family was glad that we never actually had to put in action your great services. But, it was such a piece of mind to know that you were there to help our mom if anything happened to her. Our mom is a very willful lady, but Scott was wonderfully understanding of every request she made and kept her happy. We are happy to have convince our mom to move in with us, therefore, we are no longer need of your great services. My experience with Scott Hazelwood and First Response was excellent from start to finish! It was easy and fast to obtain the alarm! I had a falling issue from the nerves in my legs, I have MS. And it really does work when you fall, and they respond and are very compassionate. They are not rude when the button is hit accidentally, either! It gave my husband and family peace of mind. As I am by myself while my husband is at work. Thankfully I haven't fallen for over two months, so we made the decision to return the alarm. I know that if I should need it again, it's just a quick phone call and it will be here in a matter of days! I highly recommend First Response!
We've o my had the device for a week and thankfully it hasn't been used. There was a slight problem with the initial setup, but Scott was wonderful and got things taken care of right away. He has been extremely helpful throughout the process and sincerely seems to care about both the client and family members involved. Hopefully we won't have to use it, but it eases our minds knowing it's there.

|My family and I are so grateful that my Aunt has the First Response System in her home. She lives by herself and fell while getting out of the shower. She was physically unable to get up, but luckily she was able to press the emergency button on her wrist and help was there within minutes. It is scary to think what would have happened if she did not have this life saving device on her. From day one First Response has been very helpful, caring and professional. Thank you so much!|

|It was finally time for my mother to use a medical alert system if she planned to continue to live on her own. We talked to multiple providers. We felt pressured by most companies to use their service. Talking with Chris at First Response was refreshing. We had no pressure at all and were given tons of information that helped in our decision making process. Once we decided to work with First Response the medical alert system was delivered within 2 days free of charge and we set it up in 5 minutes. It couldn’t have been easier. My mother hasn’t had to use the device yet but we have tested it multiple times and it has worked great each time. I would highly recommend First Response.|

|The equipment was faulty. Greg was great in getting it resolved but it was a challenge–low battery message throughout the night…finally turned the machine off, which isn’t the best solution for a person who may need your service.|

|When we first started looking into getting an alert system we researched and met with the major companies. First Response was by far the best. We had the system set-up for my mom and from start to finish they were there for us every step of the way. They took a lot of time to understand what we needed for my mom and what her situation is and no matter what time we called someone was there to help us. Anyone we spoke with in customer service or at the emergency center was extremely friendly, informative, reliable and professional. We have only had positive experiences when dealing with them and it is such a relief to know when my mom is home by herself she is safe and in good hands if she needed their help. Highly recommend!|

|This is an easy to use system with great products. I ordered the necklace for my aunt who is elderly, and it has really given both me and her peace of mind. I’m so relieved that she is safe, and has a way to reach out if she gets injured and there is no one present. Phone calls with First Response were pleasant with helpful customer service. Thank you!|
