As I was shopping for a medical alert system for my 92 year-old Mother on the internet I had called several national providers--- but when I talked to Scott Hazlewood I new this gentleman was going to take good care of my Mother. The system set-up, activation and 2-way live operator testing went very smooth mainly because of his exceptional expertise and patience. Scott represents the company and himself very well by taking the extra steps to ensure you are happy and conformable with the system, response options and family contact notification procedures. My Mom has used this system twice recently and has worked extremely well. Again, Many Thanks to Scott!
I am a CNA and I recommend all my patients to have the first response system. Scott is absolutely fantastic, he is extremely efficient, and explains everything. I have very little time and Scott made sure he returned my calls almost immediately. We get the machines within 3 days! It dosent matter what day or time the machine comes, you simply call Scott directly and he sets it up with you, it’s as simple as that. Quick, efficient and total peace of mind! Hi
The First Response System provided us with peace of mind for over 5 years until my mother passed away. She was able to live alone additional years because of the system, and she used her panic button a couple of times. The dispatchers were efficient and called us as well as 911 immediately. Scott Hazlewood was always a resource for us and even contacted us when the system was off-line due to an unplugged phone cord. His mother is well into her 90s so they understand the importance of safety of elderly parents!

I was trying to contact another company that my mother had signed up with and reach First Response and Scott Hazelwood by accident. He was so sweet and helpful as well as informative and educational that I cancelled the other company and signed up with First Response. The system arrived and we easily set it up - no regrets!!

We used First Response for about 10 years serving our Mom. On several occasions she needed assistance and with one push of the button First Response handled her needs immediately and professionally. Will definitely use them in the future if needed and fully recommend their services. It was reassuring to know that we could depend on First Response in emergency situations!
We just received our First Response system equipment. My mom and I have been so impressed with Scott Hazlewood. He was so attentive and caring. He explained everything very well and made sure my mom understood everything. He is a great person and a great representative for this company. Having the system gave our family peace of mind. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't reach far enough away. When my mother would go to the end of her driveway to get her mail, she was out of range. Scott was very helpful & courteous. He is definitely great at his job & at providing good customer service. This organization has been a life line for my Mother for years. Each time she has needed them they were there. Police, Medical personnel were there in minutes and she is now safe and secure thanks to this wonderful service.

My grandmother never had to use the service, thankfully. She no longer needs it since she is on Hospice and taken care of 24/7. But I have to give 5 stars to Scott Hazelwood!!! He is caring, very explanatory on how things work, answers the phone every time I have contacted him with questions. His customer service skills are A+!!
They were ALWAYS there to answer the phone, no matter what time of day or night. Extremely helpful.
I had the First Response system for my mother for over 5 years and the customer service from Scott Hazlewood has been excellent and the experience with the entire First Response team has been exceptional. My mom recently moved into an assisted living community and they have their own system - so we had to end our service with First Response - but I highly recommend their service!
Service for grandma has been excellent for the 5 years we have had the service. Used it several times over the years. It's a great comfort to know grandma can get help 24/7. Her mobility has deteriorated so she now requires personal care 24/7 care. I can't tell you how great First Response has been for us.
Our mother had First Response system for several years, in her home and then easily transferred it when she moved in with us. Thankfully she never had an emergency, but on the couple occasions the button was pushed accidentally, someone responded immediately to ask if she needed help.
Very happy with First Response, my mother fell a number of times while we had First Response and the emergency responders were there within minutes. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

My family and I are so grateful that my Aunt has the First Response System in her home. She lives by herself and fell while getting out of the shower. She was physically unable to get up, but luckily she was able to press the emergency button on her wrist and help was there within minutes. It is scary to think what would have happened if she did not have this life saving device on her. From day one First Response has been very helpful, caring and professional. Thank you so much! |

I am very satisfied with First Response Medical Alert System and most importantly, the customer service. When it comes to a potential life threatening situation, it is very comforting to know that the First Reponse team will be there for me. They are knowlegable, quick to respond to my quuestions, and they take the time to help me feel comfortable with the product/process. It was finally time for my mother to use a medical alert system if she planned to continue to live on her own. We talked to multiple providers. We felt pressured by most companies to use their service. Talking with Chris at First Response was refreshing. We had no pressure at all and were given tons of information that helped in our decision making process. Once we decided to work with First Response the medical alert system was delivered within 2 days free of charge and we set it up in 5 minutes. It couldn’t have been easier. My mother hasn’t had to use the device yet but we have tested it multiple times and it has worked great each time. I would highly recommend First Response. |

The staff has been extremely professional, helpful and primarily concerned with my welfare, rather than “making a sale.” Greg and Scot especially demonstrated genuine concern and courtesy in ensuring that I would have a device that would help me maintain an active lifestyle, yet provide me emergency assistance if there is a need. The equipment was faulty. Greg was great in getting it resolved but it was a challenge–low battery message throughout the night…finally turned the machine off, which isn’t the best solution for a person who may need your service. |

When we first started looking into getting an alert system we researched and met with the major companies. First Response was by far the best. We had the system set-up for my mom and from start to finish they were there for us every step of the way. They took a lot of time to understand what we needed for my mom and what her situation is and no matter what time we called someone was there to help us. Anyone we spoke with in customer service or at the emergency center was extremely friendly, informative, reliable and professional. We have only had positive experiences when dealing with them and it is such a relief to know when my mom is home by herself she is safe and in good hands if she needed their help. Highly recommend! |

This is an easy to use system with great products. I ordered the necklace for my aunt who is elderly, and it has really given both me and her peace of mind.
