In critical medical emergencies, the option of two dedicated live Emergency Operators are activated during the emergency alarm call to: 1) Dispatch local 911 emergency responders to the client location; 2) Stay on the alarm call with the client to continually monitor the event until responder assistance arrives; 3) Notify designated contacts on the Friends & Family contact List, as prescribed.
