If you're not happy, we do not want you to keep it. First Response allows you to cancel your medical alarm service at any time without penalty with 30 days notice. You also have the added benefit of our initial 30 day Money Back trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the First Response System during your first 30 days of service you simply return the equipment and receive a full refund.

If available, a First Response home service representative will schedule an appointment to install the home unit and test the service. This usually takes less than an hour as it is relatively easy to set up. The representative would also answer any questions to ensure that the subscriber is fully comfortable using the First Response Medical Alarm System. Other times a representative may not be needed to come to the home. In these cases, the unit could be shipped to the home. A caregiver could then set up the service using the easy to follow instructions and a dedicated telephone support representative would provide any needed assistance. It is best to contact First Response to determine the best way to set up the service.

We encourage you to press your Medical Alert System button once a month to ensure that the First Response system is working properly. Your First Response system will also send a test signal each week directly to the monitoring station. If that signal is not received weekly, a First Response technician will be notified in order to address the issue.
